Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us — PRINTERPIX UK LTD, 8th Floor Capital House, 25 Chapel Street, London, England, NW1 5DH, United Kingdom, [email protected] — of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You can use the cancellation option in your account, or send us an e-mail or a letter. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You asked for your tokens to be available during the cancellation period. If you cancel, we deduct an amount proportionate to what you used before telling us you wished to cancel, compared with the full price you paid.

Tokens you have already used

Tokens are available to spend as soon as you buy them. At checkout we ask you to confirm two things: that you want your tokens available straight away, within the cancellation period, and that you understand you will not get a refund for tokens you have already spent.

So if you cancel, we refund the price you paid for the tokens you have not spent. Tokens you have already spent are deducted from the reimbursement. If you have spent nothing, you get everything back.
